I love knives and fire so I've had my share of Zippo's. I really love this one. The only problem is it gets fingerprints that show easily; you just have to wipe it off every once and awhile. Other than that, I love how it's slightly rounded off on the edges, thats about the only difference I notice. I'm going to start buying more of these old replica's, I think it's a cooler Zippo.

While the lighter works great, there was nothing in the description from the seller I bought from to describe the difference between the picture and the product I was actually getting. I got not the 1941 Replica but the regular black ice pocket lighter which in addition to not having a chrome finish like pictured (more black and smooth) had also an engraving on the front which I did not request. Essentially, Blue Door sold me something nothing like in the description with no warning or contact whatsoever. So it is hard for me to want to rate the product low since I didn't really get what I bought. Though I will say if you order this or any other items: DO NOT BUY FROM BLUE DOOR!

This zippo replica is a great piece. The brushed surface is very nice however it does attract the oils from you hand noticeably. I have other zippo lighter and they are the same way so I am very happy with this lighter. Overall a great piece I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new zippo lighter.

I was ordering the brushed chrome lighter, but the seller was out-of-stock. So I got the option to receive this one instead.

Not quite what I was expecting Oct 01, 2011

Great delivery time; however, when I got this Zippo I was a little disappointed. The description says "Black Chrome," but it's really a Black Ice design. I guess I was expecting a different look & feel. I mean, it looks good, but I'm not wild about the finish. I'm not a black ice fan, and the brushed finish feels gritty to me, plus it shows fingerprints. But that's probably more my O.C.D. than anything else.
