Bought this and the Harley Davidson safety glasses for "my Boss" on Boss's Day. The hard hat is very good quality (has a little weight to it, not flimsy at all), sturdy and looks really nice too. Has a little padded area in the front of the hat for the forehead too. Has a twist knob in the back to tighten and loosen. The overall look is much more subtle than the traditional Harley orange flames. He's already gotten a ton of compliments on it on job sites and the guys keep asking him where he got it. (Had to finally reveal my sources:)

Bottom line.....He REALLY likes it (and he's picky) and I'm super pleased with the purchase!
